01 · The challenge

What the client needed to resolve

The problem before Agenryx.

BMI's contacts and prospect records accumulate dead addresses, duplicates and missing context. Knowledge from calls and email stays in individual inboxes, so salespeople repeat research and leadership sees an incomplete pipeline.

The change

From bottleneck to working system.

Before

Manual and fragmented

BMI's contacts and prospect records accumulate dead addresses, duplicates and missing context. Knowledge from calls and email stays in individual inboxes, so salespeople repeat research and leadership sees an incomplete pipeline.

Agenryx built

One connected workflow

A build-ready product architecture, data model, Act! write contract, access register, human-review map and staged implementation plan for a FastAPI and Next.js application. The project is explicitly documented as design phase pending client access and decisions.

Resolved

A clearer way to operate

02 · What we built

The system behind the experience.

Architecture and workflow

The proposed custom application connects Act!, Microsoft 365 and an internal review queue to a shared Postgres memory layer. Four dependent stages clean the CRM, capture conversations, draft daily work and produce reporting without allowing the AI to send directly to clients.
