01 · The challenge

What the client needed to resolve

The problem before Agenryx.

Newborn screening spans referral sites, doctors and follow-up visits, often where internet access is unreliable. Manual tracking can lose referrals, hide overdue screening and separate clinical images from the visit that produced them.

Agenryx built

One connected workflow

The August 2026 functional design defines roles, offline queues, screening-date calculations, patient assignment, exam records, image annotation, follow-ups, device revocation, reporting and a Postgres RLS data model ready for a pilot build.

02 · What we built

The system behind the experience.

Architecture and workflow

One deployment provides a public website, an installable referral PWA, an offline-capable doctor PWA and an online super-admin console. A central intake queue controls assignment and transfer while device registration, sync health and tenant isolation protect medical data.
